A Mass of Christian Burial for Ellen Paladini of San Francisco, whose husband operated a fleet of fishing boats out of Point Reyes, was held Saturday at St. Vincent DePaul's Church in San Francisco.
Mrs. Paladini died Thursday at a San Francisco hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was married to Attillio Paladini who ran the fish wholesaling firm of A. Paladini Inc. It was the largest fish wholesaler on the West Coast with fleets in Point Reyes, San Francisco, Eureka and Fort Bragg.
The company went out of business in 1974.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Yolanda Cerqueira of Florida and Ellen Conrady of Foster City, and eight grandchildren.
Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
The California Death Index adds information: Ellen Kerline Paladini was born October 2, 1901 in California; her mother's maiden name was O'Boyle; her father's surname was Foley.
