ANNA MAE DEVINE
Longtime Larkspur resident
Anna Mae Devine of San Rafael, a former Larkspur resident, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 1991, at the Nazareth House in San Rafael. She was 81.
A native of St. Louis, Mo., she worked as an operating room nurse in a St. Louis hospital.
In 1966 she moved to Marin and settled in Larkspur.
She was a member of the Retired Officers’ Wives Club in Marin and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Larkspur.
She was a volunteer worker in the Meals on Wheels Program for Whistlestop in San Rafael.
She lived in Larkspur for 20 years and moved to Petaluma in 1986. Earlier this year she moved to Nazareth House in San Rafael.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Della Santina of Petaluma; a sister, Grace May Holbert of Lake Kiowa, Texas, and two grandchildren.
Services were held at the Nazareth House Chapel in San Rafael.
Burial is at Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Rafael. (sic)
