ALICE A. JELLETT
A funeral for Alice A. Jellett of Tiburon, a former secretary with the fisheries at the old net depot, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Russell and Gooch Funeral Chapel in Mill Valley.
Mrs. Jellett, 67, died Tuesday at home after a long illness.
She was born and reared in Fresno. About 50 years ago, she moved to San Francisco and attended business college. She worked as a secretary for more than 40 years. In 1974, she went to work for the National Marine Fisheries Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Tiburon.
She moved to Marin in 1966 with her second husband, William Jellett. An engineer with the Army Corps of Engineers in San Francisco, he died in 1969.
She is survived by a son, Trevor Ross Lewis Jr. of Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles County; and two stepdaughters, Micki Chrisman of Larkspur and Patricia Beebe of Pacifica.
Burial will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery, Portola, Plumas County. Friends may call for visitation after noon Thursday at the funeral chapel.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the sister of the late Elmer and Gus Anderson.
