Ft. Baker Carpenter Dies Of Heart Ill
Frank Algar, 60, civilian carpenter employed at Fort Baker suffered a sudden heart attack yesterday afternoon, collapsed and died while at work on the steps of the new theater being constructed on the reservation.
Algar, who had been employed at the fort for only a few weeks, leaves a son in Portland and a brother, Edward Algar in Vancouver, Wash. The body was taken to the Frank J. Keaton Mortuary in Sausalito pending arrangements for funeral and burial.
