Body of Salesman Found in Bay
the body of James Magley, a Tulare salesman, was found Tuesday floating in the water of the bay near the Union Fish Company’s plant at Belvedere, by M. Lange, a Sausalito launch owner.
The body was identified by Mrs. Tony Fonts, of Sausalito, as that of her brother. Magley, despondent and in ill health, escaped two or three times early this month from a private sanitarium in San Francisco. On July 12 he came over to Sausalito and leaped from a float near the ferry building.
The body was removed to the morgue here by Deputy Coroner William Sorensen. Magley was 35 years of age.
