Death Claims Father, Son Within 24 Hours
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Keatonís Mortuary for Ernest L. Tovani, 53, of San Rafael, one of the most popular trainmen in the Northwestern Pacific service, who collapsed and died almost instantly at his home, 1417 Second street, last Friday morning. His father, Romaldo Tovani, 76, had died the day before in Santa Rosa. He, too. was an N.W.P. employee until his retirement. Both father and son were interred in the Odd Fellows cemetery, Santa Rosa.
