The San Francisco Public Library History Center has a collecton of old city street maps. So, I went through them and came up with an answer.
--->In 1943 and 1948, electric street car routes #1 and #2 ran along Clement between 24th & 30th.
I tried to figure out when they stopped. In 1952, according to one map, city transit routes weren't indicated because they were under reorg. They didn't have many maps in the middle 50s. But, in 1959, it appears the street cars were gone on Clement and replaced by a bus.
