is the mother of a son born last Thursday at the West End Sanitarium. Mrs.
Boerges before her marriage about a year ago was Miss Ruth ADAMS. Her husband
is superintendent of the Crystal Laundry in Portland, Ore.

Attorney George H. Harlan has filed a petition on
behalf of his son, George Hilary Harlan, to establish the latter’s birth
at Sausalito July 4, 1916. The petition states that no record has ever
been filed with the registrar of vital statistics.
