Crittenden and Robert Suison both of the city and county of San Francisco ..... land in Marin designated as the Rancho of Buococha Talenquiche or Guadalupe ....... bounded ..... by the Ranchos of Fernando Feliz, Juan Merando, Bartolo Bojorquez, and Camilo, being a Sobrante and the same conceded to and occupied by the said Dona Teodora Peralto deceased and family and now commonly known as the Rancho of the Duarte family ....
