BRADY, Paul M. -- Of San Francisco died Monday Feb. 2, 2001. He was a loving son, husband, brother, friend and hero. Paul is survived by his former wife Lauren Brady; and seven brothers and sisters, Charles (Joann) Brady, Connie Bowman his twin, Bill (Darlene) Brady, Jamie Gallagher, JoAnne (Gene) Thompson, Nancy (Mark) Sullivan and Marion (Mark) Anderson; and 29 nieces and nephews. Paul attended St. Anselm's, Marin Catholic '1962', College of Marin, and graduated from Golden Gate University with an accounting deg in 1969. Paul played football and held the MCAL Shot Put record in '62'. He served in the Marin Corps Reserves and worked as a comptroller at Davies Hospital and also worked as a systems analyst. Paul enjoyed gardening and woodworking. Paul was suffering from kidney failure and was on dialysis for 3.5 years and the Marin Catholic class of 62 set up a fund for him. He had given his brother Bill a kidney 30 yrs. ago. Bill said, 'Paul would do anything for anyone and was my hero.'

Friends are invited to attend a vigil service Friday at 7:00pm at the Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 Noon Saturday February 17, 2001 at St. Anselm's Church, Ross. Interment Private. Friends may call after 1 pm Friday for visitation or at church 1 hour before mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Marin Catholic Memorial Fund Class of 1962 or Team Lukemia c/o Bill Brady 1431 Dupree Way, Petaluma, CA 94954.
