Homer A. Drady
A Mass of Christian Burial for Homer A. Drady of Loyalton, Sierra County, a former resident of Marin, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Loyalton.

Mr. Drady died Saturday, Aug. 15, 1987, at the Rafael Convalescent Hospital in San Rafael. He was 78.

Mr. Drady was born in San Francisco and lived there until 1947, when he moved to Marin. He lived in Marin for about 15 years and owned an Associated service station in Corte Madera. He lived in Sonoma before retiring and moving to Loyalton about 14 years ago.

Mr. Drady was a former member of the Sierra County grand jury.

He is survived by three sons, George Drady and Michael Drady, both of Santa Rosa, and Harold Drady of Nicasio; four daughters, Carol Hughes of San Rafael, Joan Jennings of Loyalton, Patricia Brunanchon of Santa Rosa and Kathleen Swigard of Tahoe City; a brother, Noel Drady of San Francisco; a sister, Barbara Dorr of Santa Rosa; 18 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Fairfax. The rosary will be recited Thursday evening at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Loyalton. Burial will be in Loyalton Cemetery.
