HENRY C. KRUGER
Henry died peacefully at home on March 6th at age 91. He was preceded by Marian, his wife of 54 years, in 1991. He will be dearly missed by his children and their spouses, Marie and John Zeiter, Beth and Don Holden, Paul and Carol Kruger, and Martha and Douglas Edwards. He was a devoted grandfather to 14 grandchildren Ann, John, David and Mark Zeiter, Peggy (Fulton), Jeannie (DaQuino) and Mike Holden, Tim, Katie (Sutphin) and Sandy Kruger, and Megan, Matthew, Melissa and Mark Edwards; and to his great-grandchildren Jake and Andrew Fulton. He is survived by his sister Barbara Kramer and his dear friend Kay McMills.
Henry was born in San Francisco in 1910 and graduated from Lick Wilmerding High School. He graduated from the University of California in 1933 with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. He retired after 25 years with the Bechtel Corporation. He was a resident of Greenbrae for 51 years where he enjoyed gardening, wood crafts and photography. During his retirement he was an active member of the SIRS and WPAC.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be held at Saint Isabella Church in Terra Linda at 10 AM on Saturday, March 24th. I lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Assoc. or the St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room in San Rafael.
The obituary listing in the same paper suggests that Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael handled the arrangements.
