O'MALLEY, Margaret A. (Peg) -- A remarkable lady who died with grace and dignity as she lived her life, in Greenbrae, CA July 25, 2001. Dear wife of the late Harry K. O'Malley; loving mother of Mary Anne McGowan and John Thomas and Bryan Daniel O'Malley; loving grandmother of Meighan, Audrey, John, Henry, and Nina McGowan and John O'Malley; dear mother-in-law of John T. McGowan, Jane E. O'Malley and Robert Stanley; dear sister of Mary, Nora and Theresa and the late William and Daniel; also survived by loving nieces, nephews and other family both here and in Ireland. Peg volunteered at Laguna Honda Hospital for many years. She was a long time active parishioner of the Most Holy Redeemer Church; a native of County Cork, Ireland. Aged 81 years. Family and friends may call Sunday after 2:00 PM at the CHAPELS of ARTHUR J. SULLIVAN & CO., 2254 Market St., bet 15th & 16th Sts. where the Vigil Service will be at 4:00 PM. Family and friends are also invited to the funeral Monday, departing the mortuary at 9:30 AM then to Most Holy Redeemer Church for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Committal in Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations in Peg's memory preferred to Laguna Honda Hospital, 375 Laguna Honda Blvd. SF 94116 or Most Holy Redeemer Restoration Fund, 100 Diamond St. SF 94114.
