JACK D. KANE

Private family services will be held Friday for Jack D. Kane of San Anselmo, a retired Air Force chief warrant officer.

Kane died in a San Diego hospital March 23 after a long illness. He was 63.

Kane, a veteran of World War II, was an administrative assistant to the Air Force attaché at the U. S. Embassy in London from 1949 to 1952. He was stationed at Hamilton Air Force Base for seven years before his retirement in 1959.

He is survived by his wife, Grace S. Kane of San Anselmo; two sons, Jack D. Kane Jr. of San Anselmo and Frank G. Kane of Greenbrae; and one granddaughter.

Ashes will be placed at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.
