Frank, a San Francisco native, was a World War I veteran, an elder and deacon of Portahurst Presbyterian Church, past president of the Lick-Wilmerding High School Alumni Association, a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Sons in Retirement and the San Francisco Real Estate Board.
He is survived by his wife, Dilys, of the home address; two sons, Philip Jr. of Los Altos and Kenneth of Larkspur; two daughters, Patricia Schwager of Santa Monica and Rhonwyn House of Kentfield; two brothers, Milton of Greenbrae and Lester of San Francisco, and six grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Marin County branch of the American Cancer Society.
