Death Calls A Pioneer Lady
Mrs. Maria Guadalupa Garcia, an old resident of Olema, passed away on Friday, June 16th, at her home. She was the widow of the late Juan Gracia (sic) and mother of Mrs. Benjamin Alcantara, Mrs. C. J. Cavalli, Mrs. F. M. Skinner, Ralph Garcia and the late Mrs. Josephine Reynolds. She was a native of Sonoma county.
The funeral services were held from her residence in Olema, after which the remains were taken to the Church of the Lady of Our Lord where a requiem mass was said. Interment at Olemo (sic).
