Everret L. Keelin
Corte Madera resident
Everret L. Kellin (sic) learned to pick cotton as a small boy in Arkansas. After World War II he came to California and felt good about the $1.50 an hour he earned, said his wife, Nancy Kellin of Corte Madera.
He died March 13 of lung cancer. He was 75.
Masonic memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Mount Tamalpais Chapel in San Rafael.
Mr. Keelin lived in Corte Madera and worked for the Northern Pacific Railroad. He became vice president of Schoonmakers’ in Sausalito.
He was a sharp shooter and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mr. Keelin belonged to Marin Lodge #191, F&AM, royal Arch Masons, Hi-
Twelve Club and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy of Corte Madera; daughter Linda Miller of Santa Rosa; step-daughter Barbara Tobener of Clio; five grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren.
