Marie T. Kincaid, San Rafael artist, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Kincaid, 66, of 50 Corte Morada, was past president and life member of the Marin Society of Artists and a member of the Society of Western Artists.
She was born in Jackson, Amador County, and attended schools in Sacramento. She attended the College of Marin and studied in Europe.
Her paintings hang in the General Motors Building in Chicago. She has had many one-man shows and had her paintings exhibited numerous times in the Bay Area.
For 10 years, she was womenís counselor for Bechtel Corp. in San Francisco.
She is survived by her husband, Albert H. Kincaid; a daughter, Marilyn Moretti and one grandchild.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Keatonís Mortuary in San Rafael. Burial will be private.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that her grandchild was named Michael Moretti.
