Mass of the Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Loretto Church for Manuel Quintana who died Wednesday morning at Novato Community Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was 68.
A native of New Mexico, he was a member of the Boilermakers Union Local 6 of San Francisco. He made his home at 125 Raposa Vista.
Surviving are his wife, Dulcinea Quintana, of Novato; six children, Tony Quintana of Missouri, Ray Quintana of Idaho, Roger Quintana of Rohnert Park, Febe Quintana of Novato, Aurora Hutchins of Mississippi, and Armando Garcia of San Francisco; a sister, Clorinda Leach of Chicago and a brother, Pete Quintana of Florida; 26 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Keatonís Chapel of Marin after 5 p.m. tomorrow. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 8 p.m. Friday in the Chapel.
Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. The family prefers memorial contributions to Hospice of Marin, P.O. Box 72, Kentfield.
