GEORGE W. DAUM
At his request, no funeral will be held for George W. Daum, formerly a carpenter in both Marin and Sonoma Counties.
Daum, 91, died Sunday at a local convalescent hospital after a lengthy illness.
A native of Virginia, Daum had moved to California as a youngster. He had worked as a carpenter for more than 40 years.
He is survived by a son, George L. Daum of Corte Madera; a daughter, Phyllis A. Howell of Paradise, Butte County; and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Private inurnment was at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma. The family prefers that contributions be made tot he Marin Council, Boy Scouts of America, 235 West End Ave., San Rafael, 94901.

A Death Notice in the same paper names his grandchildren: Linda Patterson of Petaluma, Gordon Daum of Sacramento and Ronald Neff of Washington. Arrangements under the direction of Daniels Chapel of the Roses, Santa Rosa.
