Mass of the Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Our Lady of Loretto Church for Martha E. Yturralde who died Monday night at Novato Community Hospital at the age of 70.
A native of New Mexico, she and her husband, Oswald Yturralde, moved to Novato about 18 months ago and made their home with their son, Jerry Yturralde on Ruhlman Lane.
Mrs. Yturralde was a housewife and reared her children in Merced and San Francisco before becoming afflicted with rheumatoid arthritis which caused her to seek dryer climates in Arizona and southern California before settling in Novato.
Besides her husband and son, Jerry, she is survived by two other sons, Oswald Junior, of Daly City and Thomas, of San Mateo; two daughters, Rita Henderson, of Tucson, Arizona and Ruth McHale of Daly City; two brothers, Nemesio and Manuel Villa, both of Artesia, New Mexico; five sisters, Juanita Sosa, of Visalia, California, Gregoria Rivas, of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Anita Molina, Christina Nunez and Maxine Paz, all of Artesia; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 8 o’clock tonight at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin. Burial will be at Bahia Valley Memorial Park.
