Eleanor Stefani Succumbs
Eleanor Law Stefani, 67, a resident of San Rafael for 20 years until 1942, died yesterday in a San Francisco hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Stefani, owner and operator of Eleanorís Beauty Shop in San Rafael during her residence here, moved to Petaluma in 1942 when she married Angelo J. Stefani. Her husband, retired owner of Pacific Markets in Petaluma, is the brother of Louis J. Stefani, Marin Municipal Water District superintendent.
Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Ruth Law Oliver of San Francisco.
Mrs. Stefani was born in Connecticut. She was a member of the Petaluma Womenís Club and Petaluma chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Sorensen Funeral Home, 400 Washington Street, Petaluma. Interment will be in Cypress Hill Memorial Park in Petaluma.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was survived by several nieces and nephews in the East, as well as by her niece Marion Kempe of San Francisco.
