Mrs. Florence Drew, Former Resident of Inverness, Called
Mrs. Florence Drew, a pioneer of Marin County, who had lived at Inverness for many years, died at Imola, Jan. 19th, according to word received by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Drew of Inverness, relatives of the deceased. Mrs. Florence Drew, while at Inverness, occupied a home at Point Julia.
Mrs. Drew was noted for her hospitality in the early days and was very prominent in this county. She had two children, Stella and Charles, who passed away many years ago.
The only surviving relative is a grandson, Thomas Drew, who with his wife, live on the Drew premises at Inverness.
Roy Stevens of San Rafael is a nephew of the deceased. Funeral service was held at Napa with interment there.
