Drowned in Bay
H. Nelson, who runs a launch at Sausalito, found the body of Charles Henry Page on Sunday afternoon, floating in the bay, and notified Coroner Sawyer, who had the remains brought to the morgue.
The San Francisco Chief of Police had notified the Coroner here to watch out for such a body, and the dead man was identified by rubber bans worn around an injured ankle and also by Captain Hitchcock, for whom the deceased had once worked.
The dead man was 54 years old, was a teamster, and disappeared from his home in San Francisco on September 2nd. The coronerís verdict was accidental drowning.
