Mrs. Sellman, 42-Year Marin Resident, Dies
Mrs. Louise G. Sellman, 80, who had lived in Kentfield for the past 42 years, died yesterday in a local hospital following a brief illness. She made her home at 817 Sir Francis Drake boulevard.
Surviving her are her husband, Jean Emil Sellman; daughters, Mrs. Arthur T. Vaning of San Rafael and Mrs. Frank Brown of San Anselmo; son, Jean M. Sellman of Kentfield; sisters, Mrs. Paul Carstens, Mrs. Eugene Munz and Mrs. Frederick Nielsen of San Francisco; grandchildren, Jeanne Elizabeth Vaning, Bernice Marie Brown, Marjean Sellman and Jean Sellman Jr.
She was the mother of the late Edla Louise and Eleanor Gertrude Sellman. She was a native of California.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the St. Johnís Episcopal church in Ross. Friends may call at the Harry M. Williams mortuary in San Rafael until 10 a.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
A death notice adds that she was the grandmother of the late Lorine Vaning.
