The estate is appraised at $250,000, and Francis Avery, the husband, and Henry C. Campbell are named as executors. The family residence in Sausalito is devised to Miss Ella Avery Reed, together with the family plate. Russell Avery is bequeathed $10,000 in cash, with a number of the family heirlooms, and Lieutenant Howard Avery a like sum, with a silver cake basket and butter dish. Mrs. Clara S. Neff, wife of George W. Neff, residing at Newport, Ky., is bequeathed $5,000.
