Late Mrs. Boyle Leaves Two Wills

Two wills of the late Mrs. Carmelita Boyle of Mill Valley were filed for probate in the county clerk’s office on Monday. The first will was made on June the 22d, 1903. In it Matt I. Sullivan was named executor, without bonds, and Hugh Boyle, her son, was appointed trustee of the estate of her grandchildren, Hugh A. and Sydney F. Boyle, whom he was directed to support with his own funds during their minority. The second will was made May 23, 1906, and in substance is as follows:
I hereby will that a sufficient sum be set aside to educate my grandchildren in a
Catholic school.
I appoint Mrs. Hilarita Reed-Lyford and Mr. Joseph Flood guardians of
For my babies, Allen and Sydney Boyle, I give two lots on the Top Knoll, and I
give 30 acres to each. One lot to Willie Tracy, 50x150; four lots to Edward Drady,
about 50x150; $500 to Sisters of Mercy; $250 to Father Valentini; $500 to the little
church in Mill Valley; $22 to Kate O’Hallorhan; one lot 50x150 to Joseph Flood.
I wish to have my grave kept in perpetual care plot out of the funds.
After paying my debts I give the balance to Hugh Boyle, my son.
