Bassett Will Filed
Attorney W. T. Mooney of Petaluma has filed for probate in the Superior court here the will of the late William Bassett of Tomales.
The widow is bequeathed outright one half the large estate, with a life interest in the remainder which, upon her death, goes in equal shares to the three children, Elsie, Frances and Theodore.
The estate comprises two ranches of 223 and 542 acres respectively; 1000 head of sheep, 50 head of cattle, several horses, $7,500 out on promissory notes and in shares of the Coin Controlled Lock Co., twenty shares of the Tomales bank and a half interest in four lots in Berkeley.
