Notice To Creditors
Estate of ELIZABETH MEARNS deceased.
Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Anna Nicholson Newhall as the administratrix with the Will annexed of the estate of Elizabeth Mearns, deceased, to the creditors of, and all persons having claims against the said deceased, to file them, with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Marin, in the Marin County Court House in the City of San Rafael, county of Marin and State of California, or to exhibit them with the necessary vouchers to the undersigned Anna Nicholson Newhall as said administratrix with the Will annexed of the estate of said deceased, at the law offices of Martinelli & Greer, 411 A street, in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, which latter named offices are hereby specified by the undersigned administratrix as her place of business for the transaction of all business of the estate of said deceased. All such claims must to so filed or exhibited within four (4) months after the first publication of this notice.
