John Gordon Wills Trust Fund to Son In Liverpool, Eng.
John Gordon, of Mill Valley, in the marine service for the Northwestern Pacific for over 20 years, left a portion of a trust fund in England, at his death January 10, 1940. The fund nets $175 per month, according to a petition for guardianship of the estate of the three surviving children.
The petition was filed by deceasedís wife, Mrs. Palameda Gordon. Surviving children are Beverly Jean Gordon, Laverne and John W. Gordon. The father was a native of Liverpool. The fund, at the fatherís death is payable to the son, John W. Gordon.
Gordon served in the World War with a Canadian regiment, Royal Engineers, and was in the Pacific mail service for some time. He passed away at the S. P. Hospital, San Francisco.
