On 28 May 1937 the entire estate was set aside for the orphan, Edith Ann Bayha

Petition for guardianship filed by Martin G. Feely, uncle of Edith Ann Bayha, dated 26 March 1937; petition granted 16 April 1937 after all other aunts and uncles having been notified. A petition to terminate the guardianship dated 15 July 1937 was filed by Feely explaining that the minor child was residing in Solano County and that Lillian M. Dugan had filed there for guardianship; Feely also petitioned to be allowed to turn over to Dugan the residue of the estate. The final accounting of the estate was filed 29 July 1937 (car and $2034.46 cash). Petition granted.
