Large Class is Graduated At Dominican

Fifty-six graduates of Dominican College received their degrees at exercises held yesterday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Angelico Hall. Archbishop Edward J. Hanna gave the commencement address, his topic having been “Education and the Larger Life.”

The exercises for the high school division were held out of doors an hour later, when diplomas were awarded to 31 students.

The college graduates are: Mary Barbara Lins, Cita Capuccio, Dorothy McAfee, Bernice O’Connell, Genevieve Sanguinetti, Evelyn Asher, Adrienne Balch, Helene Barnewtiz, Nora Beronio, Kathleen Bres-chini, Margaret Casassa, Evelyn Cunning-ham, Marian Daly, Mary Friedenbach, Alice Giovanetti, Jane Heffernan, Helen Johnson, Lillian King, Elinor Martin, Patricia Martin, Sylvia Pacheco, Eileen Ryan, Bruna Sartor-io, Helen Stein, Caroline Sullivan, Eileen Walsh, Lillie Moore Watson, Rose Marie Whitthorne, Dorothea Garr, Patricia Clyne, Denise Donlon, Katherina Fatjo, Frances Frehe, Catherine Kenny, Agnes Miller, Serena McCarthy, Josephine Palumbo, Helen Thornton, Gwendolyn Twomey, Virginia Cain and Edythe McKnight.
